Welcome Tyler Shinn to the Blackwell Public School System. Tyler was approved at the April board meeting for employment as a teacher and coach at Blackwell High Schools 24-25 school year. Tyler will be helping in high school and middle school wrestling, as well as, middle school football and track. Tyler was a multi state champion for Newkirk and Ponca City High Schools. In addition, Tyler was a 2 year starter and NCAA wrestling qualifier for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
