For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, all 8th grade students and younger must be accompanied by an adult during football games. Additionally, all students are required to remain seated in the stands throughout the game. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pioneer Technology Center Names September Students of the Month
Ponca City, OK ------Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) has announced McKenna Barnes and Evan Grossardt as the September Students of the Month.
Barnes is a senior at Newkirk High School and is part of PTC's Biomedical Sciences Academy. Her instructor highlights her positive attitude and strong work ethic. Barnes consistently completes her assignments on time and is also known for being a supportive friend who goes out of her way to help others. Her ability to make classmates feel valued creates a welcoming and positive environment in the classroom. Whether helping with a tough concept or volunteering for classroom tasks, she stands out as a role model for kindness and hard work.
Evan Grossardt, a junior at Blackwell High School, is enrolled in PTC's Automotive Services Technology program. His instructor describes Grossardt as always being on top of his work and highly organized. Despite being a first-year student, he has already shown impressive skills and dedication. His efforts and commitment to learning have quickly set him apart as one of the standout students. Whether working on projects or helping his classmates, Grossardt demonstrates both leadership and a strong drive for success.

Blackwell Public Schools is accepting applications for a School Based Family Services Specialist. The School-Based Family Services Specialist (SBFS) is responsible for linking families and children with helpful services, providing support, and fostering a collaborative environment between the school, families, and Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS). The role requires strong problem- solving skills, extensive knowledge of social services, and the ability to work independently. Juniors are selling homecoming t-shirts for a prom fundraiser. $20 for up to XL and $25 for 2XL and up. Orders and money due September 13th.

BHS is looking for donations of broken equipment and appliances for our construction/maintenance class. These will not be returned.

Last Monday and Tuesday, 14 members of the BHS Band traveled to Hutchinson Kansas for rehearsals and performance. The students were part of the restart of the Sky Ryders Drum and Bugle Corps. Sky Ryders Soundsport Ensemble was made up of 68 high school and university students from 16 different high schools and 5 universities.
